Indian black salt is a pungent-smelling salt used in Asia. It is composed largely of sodium chloride with several impurities including sulpher that gives the salt its colour and smell. Due to the presence of Greigite in the mineral it forms brownish pink to dark violet crystals when whole, and when ground into a powder, it is light pink in color. Available as a fine grain suitable for a salt shaker and also a coarse grain for your salt grinder. Packed in 50 ml volume flat bottomed test tubes with product weight of approximately 58 g for coarse grain and 70 g for fine grain. Packed by volume and settling may occur.
