Raw Decadence

Tirphal is a larger variety of Sichuan pepper grown in and around Goa, India with strong flavours of citrus and especially lime overtones. Tirphal is used in fish curries and in dishes with lentils, peas and beans. A restrained hand is used with other spices in the curries to let the flavour of the Tirphal come through and it is normally not combined with too many other spices since its flavour is considered delicate and gets easily lost among other spices. Packed in 50 ml volume flat bottomed test tubes with product weight of approximately 20 g. Packed by volume and settling may occur.
